126th RIZAL DAY COMMEMORATIVE CEREMONY

The LGU of Pura, led by Mayor Freddie D. Domingo, joined the nation in commemorating the 126th anniversary of the martyrdom of Dr. José P. Rizal. The Jose Rizal martyrdom commemor0230ation carried the theme, “Rizal: Alaalang Iningatan, Yaman Ngayon ng Bayan.”

Vice Mayor John Paul M. Balmores, together with members of the Sangguniang Bayan and LGU employees, were assisted by PNP and BFP in the ceremonial wreath-laying at the Rizal Monument earlier this morning.

In his message, Vice Mayor Balmores emphasized the life and works of our national hero, which are worthy of being emulated by everyone.

May his heroism inspire everyone to do things righteously and for the benefit of our fellow men and the country!
