18-day Campaign to End Violence Against Women (VAW), with the new theme “United for a VAW Free Philippines.”
The LGU of Pura, headed by Mayor Freddie D. Domingo, joins in solidarity with the nationwide observance of the 18-day campaign to end Violence Against Women (VAW), with the new theme “United for a VAW Free Philippines.”
This campaign is held annually from the 25th of November to the 12th of December to raise awareness and ignite action for protecting the human rights of women and girls against all forms of gender-based violence.
Let us eliminate all forms of violence against women and girls and foster a community with zero tolerance for VAW!
