AWARDING OF LIVELIHOOD MATERIALS TO ONE OF THE WOMEN’S ORGANIZATIONS IN PURA, TARLAC
To continuously support women’s economic capacity in the locality, the LGU of Pura, through its GAD Focal Point System headed by Mayor Freddie D. Domingo, has already awarded livelihood materials to “Samahan ng Kababaihan ng Kabaldesan” on August 5, 2022.
It is in line with one of the priorities of the locality to further provide opportunities to the vulnerable, marginalized, and disadvantaged individuals, families, and communities to enhance their livelihood assets and capacity to utilize their resources more productively.
In his message, Mayor Domingo reassured them that the locality will continue to support women’s associations in Pura. He also mentioned that this is one of the priorities of the LGU, so he encouraged the recipients to make this project worthwhile.
Ma’am Analiza A. Campo – MSWD Officer, Sir Joe Myrence T. Mendoza – GAD Focal Person, and MSWDO staff were present during the awarding.
