Balik-Loob Program and BahayPagbabago4th Culmination Activity

The culmination activity of the 4th batch of reformist in the BalikLoob Program at the BahayPagbabagowhich serves as the temporary shelter for the drug surrenderees who have been willing to undergo reform, was conducted at the Pura Training Center.
The Balik-loob program provides the most comprehensive family and values oriented treatment program for individuals who have engaged in illegal drugs activities. Under the program, surrenderees undergo a comprehensive reformation training wherein they are treated as patients instead of law offenders. The program also provides them the opportunity to learn new ways of clean living through livelihood trainings, which are done in partnership with the Provincial Anti-Drug Reduction Convenors, the LGU and support government agencies like TESDA.
PSSUPT Ritchie Medardo A. Posadas, the new Tarlac Provincial Police Office Chief graced the graduation program of the surrenderees.
