COURTESY VISIT OF OWWA REGIONAL WELFARE OFFICE III TO THE MUNICIPALITY OF PURA AWARDING OF TULONG PUSO ASSISTANCE

The OWWA RWO3 Team, led by Atty. Falconi V. Millar had their courtesy visit to the Municipality of Pura headed by Mayor Freddie D. Domingo and Vice Mayor John Paul M. Balmores on July 11, 2022. It is in line with the common goal of strengthening the collaboration of OWWA with local government units.

Moreover, the OWWA RWO III has already released the Tulong PUSO Livelihood Assistance to OFW Family Circle of Barangay Buenavista, Pura, Tarlac.

In his message, Mayor Domingo wholeheartedly thanks the OWWA for its support of OFWs. “Kami po ay taos-pusong nagpapasalamat sa OWWA, sa patuloy ninyong suporta sa aming OFWs, at sa bayan ng Pura.” He added.

Tulong PUSO Livelihood Program is a one-time livelihood financial grant that supports the proposed business plan for the start-up and expansion of the OFW Groups duly recognized by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), Cooperative Development Authority (CDA), and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
