Distributed the Cash Grants to 303 Beneficiaries of the Unconditional Cash Transfer (UCT)

As part of its support to the development programs of the national government, the LGU of Pura, led by Mayor Freddie D. Domingo, and Landbank of the Philippines, already distributed the cash grants to 303 beneficiaries of the Unconditional Cash Transfer (UCT) Program on November 24, 2021.
The Unconditional Cash Transfer Program (UCT) is the most significant tax reform mitigation program under the TRAIN Law, which seeks to provide cash grants to poor households and individuals who may not benefit from the lower income tax rates but may be adversely affected by rising prices.
The said program was organized by the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office.
