DISTRIBUTION OF RADIO SETS FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF SOA-SRA

Earlier today, June 23, 2022, the LGU of Pura, headed by Municipal Mayor Freddie D. Domingo, distributed portable radios to farmer associations and cooperatives. It is in line with the conduct of the School-on-the-Air on Smart Rice Agriculture (SOA-SRA) Program of the Agricultural Training Institute (ATI), which embarks on activities that will enhance the knowledge and skills of farmers on different smart rice agricultural practices.
Moreover, Mayor Domingo extends his gratitude to the Department of Agriculture and Agricultural Training Institute for providing these helpful tools and supporting the farmers in Pura.
The SOA-SRA will run from July to November 2022, and it will air every Saturday and Sunday from 6 to 7 AM via Radyo Pilipino Corp – DZTC 828 kHz.
The said distribution was organized by the Municipal Agriculture Office, headed by Ma’am Adoracion Dayag and her personnel and staff.
