ENFORCEMENT TRAINING– Processing and Approval of Locational Clearance, Development Permit and Development Monitoring

          As a result of the devolution of powers of the Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board to approve subdivision plans, to cities and municipalities pursuant to RA No. 7160, otherwise known as the Local Government Code of 1991, the LGU requested for enforcement training to the HLURB-Northern Tagalog Region. This aims to enlighten the frontline departments on the process of subdivision approval.

            The Vice-Mayor, Chairman of the SB Committee on Land Use and Committee on Environment were present during the 2-day seminar. Employees from the Assessor’s Office, Engineering Office and Planning and Development Office were all ears to the lectures and discussions of the enforcement training team from the HLURB-NTR.
