Hybrid and Inbred Rice Seeds Distribution

The Local Government Unit of Pura, headed by Municipal Mayor Freddie D. Domingo, is set to distribute Hybrid and Inbred Rice Seeds to 2,118 registered farmers from May 23 until next week.
The said distribution is in line with RCEF being implemented by the Department of Agriculture. It also aims to improve the competitiveness and increase the income of the Filipino rice farmers through yield improvement, cost reduction, and rice-value addition.
Moreover, farmers extended their warmest thanks for the continuous help they are receiving from the agricultural programs and projects of the national government and to Mayor Domingo, who has greatly prioritized the agricultural sector in the municipality.
The Municipal Agriculture Office, headed by Ma’am Adoracion Dayag, spearheaded the said program.
