LGU Conducts Administrative Support Services – Human Resource Development Program

The Local Government Unit through the Gender and Development (GAD) program conducted series of seminar workshops for LGU employees. Work Life Integration Seminar enabled the participants to assess whether their life is properly integrated with their work or vice-versa and let them internalize whether they are still on the right track or already derailed. On the other hand, Organizational Behavior looks on the positivity’s and negativity’s within the organization that tends to affect its operation internally and externally.

CSC Tarlac Field Office Director Maria Cristina Gonzales and Dr. Grace Anne Hasegawa were the resource speakers for the two recently concluded seminar workshops.
