LGU OF PURA IMPLEMENTS ROAD CLEARING IN THE NEW NORMAL

In compliance with Memorandum Circular No.
2022-085 of the Department of Interior and Local
Government (DILG), the LGU of Pura, under the leadership of Mayor Freddie D. Domingo, conducted clearing operations today, December 7, 2022, around Poblacion.

It was led by Ms. Precious Ava E. Guevarra – MLGOO of Pura, Hon. Edilberto Tabaquin Jr. – LnB President, Barangay Chairpersons, PNP led by PMAJ Arnedo C. Pineda and BFP led by SFO3 Enrico C. Tabora.

Under the EO, road clearing means the removal of illegal or unauthorized road obstructions along the road right-of-way, which encompasses the entire width of the road carriageway (including travel way for motor vehicles and road shoulders) and sidewalks. This, the LGU of Pura, appeals to the usual support and understanding from the community on road clearing operations being implemented by the concerned offices and agencies in the locality.
