LGU OF PURA STEERS SEMINAR ON CSC’s RACCS AND REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6713

The LGU of Pura, through the leadership of Mayor Freddie D. Domingo, steered a seminar regarding the CSC’s Rules on Administrative Cases in the Civil Service and Republic Act No. 6713 or the Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards for Public Officials and Employees on October 14, 2022, at the SB Conference Room.
The Municipal Human Resource Management Office (MHRMO) gratefully invited Director Maria Cristina R. Gonzales (CSC Tarlac Field Office) to become the Resource Speaker of the said activity.
Director Gonzales briefly discussed first the Omnibus Rules on Appointment and Other Human Resource Actions (ORAOHRA). Afterward, she addressed the course outline of the seminar consisting of RACCS and R.A. 6713. This seminar became a venue for everyone to clarify the existing laws, rules, and regulations of the CSC and enlightening everyone once again regarding the 8 norms of conduct.
Fifty (50) employees participated in the said seminar, including LGU functionaries and employees.
In his message, Mayor Domingo encouraged everyone to uphold and maintain a high standard of public service in the municipality so that they become productive and fully engaged public servants.
