LGU OF PURA UNDERTAKES SGLG REGIONAL ASSESSMENT

The Municipality of Pura, led by Municipal Mayor Freddie D. Domingo, underwent the Regional Assessment for the 2022 Seal of Good Local Governance or SGLG in the Executive Conference Room on April 26, 2022.
The SGLG Awards, institutionalized with the enactment of Republic Act No. 11292 or the SGLG Act, is an incentive, honor, and recognition-based program that aims to boost the LGUs’ drive to constantly progress and sustain their notable performance across various governance areas.
The Regional Assessment Team (RAT) was composed of LGOO VII Danilo Rillera and members LGOO VI Romer Enaje and LGOO III Nathan Moral. The team conducted an on-site visit and table validation, document review and interview.
Present during the Assessment were LGOO VI Bryan N. Rivera, Engr. Abegel Pagatpatan, SGLG Focal Person, LGU functionaries and employees, DepEd Supervisor Ma’am Marilou Santiago, PCPT Robert Pablo and SFO3 Enrico Tabora.
The LGU of Pura also aims to pass the National Validation once it passes the SGLG Regional Assessment.
