Meeting regarding the full-blown presentation of the LGU’s Capacity Development (CapDev)

Earlier today, Mr. Bryan Rivera, MLGOO, together with Engr. Abegel Pagatpatan, MPDC, steered a meeting regarding the full-blown presentation of the LGU’s Capacity Development (CapDev) Agenda on November 29, 2021, at the SB Conference.

The CapDev Agenda is a roadmap devised to guide LGUs in implementing interventions to address organizational competency gaps and enhance individual and organizational capacity towards the overall improvement of the local government’s performance. It is also in preparation for implementing the full devolution of services to the LGUs, otherwise known as the “Mandanas Ruling.”
