Municipal Mayor Freddie D. Domingo Personally Congratulated the Three Awardees

Today, December 15, 2021, Municipal Mayor Freddie D. Domingo personally congratulated the three awardees of the recent celebration of the International Day of PWD in the Province of Tarlac.
Ma’am Josephine Taduan was conferred as the Best PWD Leader for three consecutive years (from 2019 to 2021) and is already a grand slam winner. Mr. Erwin Estavillo also got 3rd Place in Singing Contest (Solo Category).
In addition, the Persons with Disability Association of Pura was adjudged as the Best Persons with Disability Organization in the year 2021, with the help of its Focal Person, Mr. Recelito Valdoz.
