PHILIPPINE RED CROSS AWARDS CASH FOR RELIEF TO PURA BENEFICIARIES

Today, February 16, 2023, Three Hundred Seventy-Four (374) beneficiaries received one-time humanitarian cash assistance from the Philippine Red Cross (PRC) and International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) with an amount of Php 5,000.00 per household. The beneficiaries were identified who were severely affected by Super Typhoon Karding last September 2022.

 

The ceremonial distribution was conducted at COC Multipurpose Arena and attended by Mr. Luciano L. Paras Jr. – Finance Officer/Board of Director of PRC, SB Officials, and Barangay Officials.

 

The LGU of Pura also extends its gratitude to Sen. Richard “Dick” Gordon, Chairman and CEO of PRC, for supporting and assisting our municipality.
