The LGU during its first Monday flag raising ceremony awarded certificate of appreciation to the winners in the 144thArawngLalawiganngTarlac and DA’s Rice Achiever’s Awards. CristofferAsanion, designer of the Float that won 3rd place in the festival, Florencio Bala, conferred with the Outstanding Tarlaqueño Award, Leo Transfiguracion and Rolando Santos that coveted the DA Region III Rice Achiever’s Award were all given certificates and tokens as a form of gratefulness of the LGU.
