Social Pension Payout – October 2020

To augment the needs of indigent senior citizens during the COVID-19 pandemic, the Municipality of Pura, headed by Mayor Domingo thru Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO) started the payout of its Social Pension (SocPen) Program on September 9, 2020.

The LGU of Pura assured the public that it adhered to existing safety and health protocols in determining the best payout method to lessen the exposure of its beneficiaries and MSWDO staff.
