Social Pension (SocPen) Program Payout (October 26-27, 2021)

To supplement the needs of indigent senior citizens during the COVID-19 pandemic, the Municipality of Pura, led by Mayor Freddie D. Domingo, through the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO), distributed the payout of its Social Pension (SocPen) Program on October 26-27, 2021. Seven hundred thirty-three (733) indigent senior citizens received their social pensions. The OSCA Head, Mr. Feliciano Lambus, was also present for the payout. The LGU of Pura reassured the public that it followed current safety and health standards while choosing the safest payout mechanism to protect its beneficiaries and MSWDO personnel.
