The Advocacy of Raising Mental Health Awareness of the Local Government Unit of Pura

In line with the advocacy of raising mental health awareness of the Local Government Unit of Pura, its Gender and Development Focal Point System (GFPS), headed by Municipal Mayor Freddie D. Domingo, initiated a Mental Health Awareness Seminar on November 9, 2021. Mr. Joe Myrence T. Mendoza, a Licensed Psychometrician, served as the Resource Speaker during the said activity. Mental Health is an aspect often overlooked in our daily lives, and it affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make healthy choices.
