Turn-over, Blessing and Inspection of the 2016 PCF Project

A three (3) million worth project subsidized by the DILG-Perfromance Challenge Fund was entrusted to the Local Government Unit by the Department of Interior and Local Government represented by the DILG Provincial Director Belina T. Herman together with Provincial Cluster Head Mr. Ener Cambronero. PD Yen lauded the LGU for coming up with a very good project, sustainable and beneficial. Accordingly, said grant was conferred to the LGU being a recipient of the most prestigious award for local government units, the Seal of Good Local Governance (SGLG),which only shows the commendable performance of the LGU in running and managing government affairs in the light of upholding the tenets of transparency and accountability.

The municipal officials were all elated that prominent officials went personally to hand-over the Evacuation Center to the LGU in Barangay Singat. Meanwhile, the tiling, provision of drainage, fencing and concreting of the ground is a counterpart project of the LGU funded from the 2017 20% Development Fund.
